Rates are subject to change without notice. All rates quoted do not include tax. Holiday Weekends have a $4 upcharge per night. 2 Night Minimum for Halloween Weekends, 3 Night Minimum on all other Holiday Weekends. Full payment is required for all Holiday Weekends at time of reservation.

Campsites:

• Check in any time after 1:00 and Check Out by 1:00. CHECK IN BEFORE 1:00 WILL INCLUDE A $20 CHARGE.
• One night deposit required at time of reservation.
• Monthly security deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Refund of deposit (minus $22 cancellation fee) if cancelled prior to 7 days of check in. No refunds if cancelled within 7 days of check in. No refunds on holiday weekends. $20 (per day) cancellation fee if any refund given for holiday weekends. 

Rental Units:

• Check in any time after 1:00 and Check Out by 12:00. We require check in before the store closes.
• Full payment required at time of reservation.
• Refund (minus $52 cancellation fee) if cancelled prior to 7 days of check in. No refunds if cancelled within 7 days of check in. No refunds on Holiday weekends.
